Hello Team,

Wanted to check if we can have a template set for call queue to modify greetings, audio while connecting and hold music. Thank you!

Hi @recarte-tiauson1 You can only add templates for User Extensions. Call queues don't have this option yet. There is a similar Feature Request for this. You may add your vote here.
