Welcome back! We hope everyone had a wonderful Chinese New Year, for those that celebrate. Our team in China is back and is excited to jump into the next set of enhancements for App Connect. Here is a sneak-peek into what's coming:
Upcoming Enhancements for App Connect
1. Optimizing Call Log Synchronization:
We've been receiving feedback from many Bullhorn users who are experiencing timeout and error issues while using App Connect. This problem arose in our last release. Good news! A potential fix was released last night, and we are continuously exploring additional ways to resolve this issue. Keep your eyes out for more updates on this fix.
2. Automated Propagation of Admin Settings:
Currently, admin-controlled settings are synchronized only when a user refreshes App Connect. Understandably, it isn’t practical to expect users to manually refresh the app every time. To enhance user experience, we are developing a feature to automate the distribution of admin-managed settings, removing the need for human intervention. This will ensure settings are consistently up-to-date across the board without user action.
3. Server-Side Logging Test/Trial Mode:
We have had multiple requests from users seeking the ability to try server-side logging before enabling it for the entire company. In response, we are working on incorporating a test/trial mode for server-side logging. This will allow admins to test the feature, ensuring it meets their needs before full implementation.
