My personal contacts are not syncing from Google in App Connect

RingCentral App Connect not syncing with personal contacts from Google. All other parts of RingCentral appear to sync.

@JRoberts I want to confirm that you are referring to App Connect - the Google Chrome extension and CRM integration framework. Or are you referring to our primary RingCentral desktop application?

If you are referring to App Connect, then it doesn’t directly sync with Google. App Connect syncs contacts from your personal address book in RingCentral. Any syncing that takes place with Google is acehived through our Admin Portal product. 

Can you confirm if you are using App Connect?
