App Connect 2.0 is packed with powerful additions designed to enhance visibility, efficiency, and data integrity:

Powerful New Features

  • Company-wide Metrics (Admin Reports): Go beyond individual reports. Admins can now view collective company performance and drill down into any agent's metrics to drive coaching and success.

  • Call Monitoring (New HUD): Bring the desktop experience to App Connect. The new Heads-Up Display allows users to monitor team presence, see parked/queued calls, and answer them in real-time.

  • Automated Call Logging Policies: Increase your data accuracy. Create rules to automatically log calls that previously failed due to contact conflicts, capturing more interactions without manual intervention.

  • Enhanced Call Parking Experience: Parking and transferring calls is now seamless. Select a parking spot and automatically text a colleague to pick up the call, ensuring instant hand-offs.

  • Calldown Lists and Callbacks: Systematically manage your outbound workflow by creating prioritized "Calldown Lists" and easily scheduling callbacks right from the logging screen.

New Developer Framework & CRMs

App Connect 2.0 is built on a brand new foundation. This enables easier integration and allows us to welcome new CRMs to the ecosystem.

  • New Developer Console: A streamlined console simplifies deployment, sharing, and documentation for third-party developers, making it easier than ever to build connectors.

  • Expanded CRM Support: With our new framework, we are excited to see third-party commitments to build support for Smokeball, ServiceTitan, RecruiterPM, and Zoho!

Important: How to Access the App Connect 2.0 Beta

We are managing this release carefully to protect the stability you rely on.

  • Separate Installation: The App Connect 2.0 Beta is a separate install. You can run it alongside your stable App Connect 1.6 extension without conflict. This allows you to test our new features while your team continues working in the stable environment.

  • Beta Name: The 2.0 Beta is being distributed via an unlisted and private Chrome Store extension named "App Connect 1.7".

  • The Future is 2.0: All the features listed above, and all future CRM integrations, will only be available in App Connect 2.0.

  • GA Plan: When the beta period is complete and App Connect 2.0 officially reaches General Availability (GA), your stable 1.6 version will be automatically upgraded to the 2.0 release.
