After dialing phone number I want caller to immediately hear message and leave a voicemail. How do I set that up?

Follow the KB article link below for instructions on creating a Message-Only Extension. Once done, go to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings > Select Voicemail > Click Add below Message-Only Extension.
