I see an old post from 2016 asking about TTS support in the APIs. Is it still not available? I assume not but thought I'd ask.

Currently we do not provide text-to-speech APIs. However, you are able to use a third-party service to convert text to speech and use that media file with select APIs. More information on using third-party text to speech should be available soon.
