RingCentral for desktop is not currently supported in a virtual environment, and I have not seen an anything saying it will be a feature going forward. RingCentral for Desktop apps can no longer operate in a vacuum, but must be integrated with a broad range of Virtual Desktop (VDI) enterprise technology infrastructure.
Do you have a plan adding the RingCentral for Desktop app into Virtual desktop infrastructure?
