I have a VA who is in the Philippines and I will want her to make phone calls to people in the US where I am located, do you know if this is considered long distance? Will my VA be able to make calls okay or will I be charged more for this?

Hello @April Macowicz, there is no extra charge for it. She can log in through the app and dial a US phone number. The app can be used overseas, and make sure she is log in using your number and password. It will show up as a local US number when she makes calls.

April, thank you. I don't know that her login as me the owner is the best option or I would her calls show up as me. I use my cell through the RC app and don't use a hard line. Is there a work around other than assigning a hard line to her user profile?
