Is there a way to have a call ring 3 phones in a ring group and then be sent to an IVR menu if no-one answers??


Customer would like phones to ring directly to their desks and then if nobody is there to answer they would like it to go to an IVR menu with option. I know I could set up an outgoing message and take an incoming message but they would like the phone system to send them to an auto-attendant if there is not staff to answer.

This is now possible - they've updated the core programming, and you can send a Call Queue to an IVR extension.(in the Call Handling / Wait Settings)
