SMS Business Mass text

I registered for TCR and am at the point where it's asking to create a campaign. Is there an option to send out mass texting with the campaigns? Ex. I want to send 5,000 texts at once to my database about a promo. I didn't think RingCentral had this optin but am not sure now. Please advise thanks!
