I am looking to get a list that shows the number of incoming calls/answered calls/abandoned calls/queue wait times. I see I can get call length times but I can't see how long someone was in a queue before abandoning the call. Is this possible?

If you are ready to implement your own dashboard, you can use APIs to do that. Let me know.

You can also get the report from GUI Dashboard via Service Web (https://service.ringcentral.com/application/user/calls/list/detailed) or using API's as mentioned by others.
