Don't require voicemail pin when calling from user's IP phone

Does anyone know if there is a way to NOT require entering voicemail PIN to access VM when calling from a user's assigned IP Phone? Our old voip carrier allowed this setting to be turned on per user but I don't seem to find a setting like this in RC?
