Question

Ring Central App is Super Buggy

Users are constantly complaining the Ring Central app goes nutso when calls come in. That is, caller and user both hear weird sounds, call quality instantly drops. Nothing can be put on hold or sent to VM.

Basically if you're on a call and another comes in, the whole thing just stops working.

Anyone aware of Ring Central caring to address any issues with the App? Custom ring tones, call-waiting improvements?

Something?

Call quality doesn't seem to be the issue here, as there ARE no problems until another call comes in.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Ring Central App is Super Buggy. Posted this the other day and someone posted an "answer"... then my question was marked as "answered"... er... nope.

Are there any plans to actually care about the Ring Central app and fixing bugs or adding features, or does Ring Central just not care?

Presently call quality is fine... until another caller dials in. Both caller and Ring Central users experience strange noises that don't go away until the call ends, sometimes calls are simply dropped.

Don't say it's a QOS issue, our reports are all green in that area.

Thanks for "caring"...
