I have an idea about what to display in the Video section of Ringcentral under "Upcoming Meetings".

A lot of people use Outlook for reminders and not necessarily appointments. Some of our staff get annoyed by the notification in RingCentral as well as Outlook when they have this happen.

Maybe an option could be made to only have appointment appear in "Upcoming Meetings" if a link is included in the "Location" section of the Calendar invite in Outlook.

Just a thought, but would be interested in people's thoughts.
