With the migration to the new RingCentral video platform (formally the RingCentral Meeting App) you are no longer able to rename participants as the host. This is a fatal flaw for my company, as we have many board meetings per week (20+ persons) with outside participants, many who just phone in- and now you can not easily identify the speaker.
Anyone suggest a better platform at this point, because unless fixed this straw breaks the camel's back.
