Why are some Dell i5 and i9 laptops saying the virtual background is not compatible?

Having more and more users of new Dell laptops saying they cannot use the virtual background. We have plenty of i5 Dells that can use the VB. There must be a graphics drive issue and not a processor issue. I also have an i9 throwing the same error.

Is there a list of GPUs that are not compatible?
