Is there a way when creating the flows in RC Automator to get the status of the call like Answered, Unanswered, abandoned or duration of the call? 

I don’t think it supports now. Those status and duration data are from call log/history.  The current Automator (labs) version doesn’t support trigger for call log. 

For current version, you can get call missed status in call ended trigger.

It is great point for those status data, we may need a new trigger for call log ready @ByrneReese 

 


@DPenagos This is a great idea, and something that is planned in Workflow Builder, Automator’s successor. In our planned update, we will include a lot more call meta data in the variable sets associated with the various call-related triggers, e.g. call missed, call ended and call received. 

I would love to hear from Automator users - what call meta data would you like to see included with our triggers?
