Can I have AI answer my main line after the line rings so many times without anyone answering?

There are a couple options:

If you want the caller to feel like they are interacting with a smart assistant that understands them and can answer with a FAQ, capture lead data, or book an appt - and can route based on highly specific or unstructured request - you want AI Receptionist.

If you want a feature that already exists in RingEX and you have clear departments (Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support) and you need to ensure that the caller can either leave a message or be presented with basic routing options - you want IVR/Auto-Receptionist.
