I have recently migrated from Mitel Cloud to RC.

I have an issue with provisioning the Polycom IP 6000 SoundStation. It's been rebooting every 30 seconds trying to connect to server. RC Support has not been helpful in the matter, and directed me in reaching out to Polycom regarding an XML file being incorrect? I have factory wiped the phone several times and did a firmware upgrade just to make sure those were out the way.


Seems to be that this phone is not compatible for RC. Looking to see if anyone else ran into this problem.

I assume you provisioned it manually? Through the phone interface on a browser?
If so what is the result you get when you confirm the SIP details? Do you get Register failed?

Could be an issue with 2nd, 3rd or 5th point from that support article.

Has been provisioned manually without success through the web interface.

There is no SIP details, I get a Register Failed.

Firmware currently on version 4.0.16.0515


I am having the exact same issue with the exact same phone.
