SCIM Integration


We originally imported all our users via SCIM about 12 months ago.

Is there a way to update the user information showing in RingCentral (ie Job Title)?

If not, can we switch the integration off and gain the ability to edit the user information.

*note* we have approx 1400 users

yes, if you disable SCIM you will be able to edit the user info in bulk. 
When SCIM is enabled you can only bulk edit the extension numbers.

So disable SCIM from the portal - edit what you need to edit and reenable it.

Notice the button changes from “Edit EXTENSION NUMBERS” to “Edit USER INFORMATION”
