Switch off RC this call is being recorded message

Hi there, does anyone know if you can switch off the RC message informing the caller that the call will be recorded? In our own message we inform our callers that the call is being recorded.

Hello @Mark Perkins, we don't have features that mute the announcement for the call recording. However, you can do a workaround. You can customize the announcement, such as an advertisement for your company slogan or any other greeting you may. You can also share your idea HERE. Thank you!
