App Connect bringing onboard a lot of new users from companies migrating from previously offered Bullhorn and Netsuite integrations. With them they are bringing new ideas and new requirements which we are excited to help out with. Sharing roadmaps is always tricky because they constantly changing. However, on the RingCentral Labs team we strive to be as transparent as we can.Â
Below is our current plan for the remainder of 2024. If you are waiting on a feature or want to get a sneak peak on things to come, check out the list below. But please remember, things may change. Nov 19 update: intervening priorities have required us to update our intended release dates for the remainder of the year.Â
Dec 11 update: the review process for App Connect in the Chrome web store has slowed the pace of software releases. Thank you for your patience and understanding.Â
Version 1.2 (released Nov 20):
- Bullhorn: Enable overriding Bullhorn note actions with custom values.
- Fix: Resolve CRM initialization error pages.
- Fix: Address message logging issues for users with high SMS volumes, ensuring all messages are logged.
- Fix: Include missing recording links in retroactive auto logs.
Version 1.3 (released Dec 11):
- Admin UI: Introduce a user interface for administrators to manage settings.
- Fix: Enhance the accuracy of call duration logs.
- New: Dark theme
Version 1.3.2 (released Dec 16):
- Enhancement: The creation of a new call-pop interstitial to prompt the user which contact record to open up when there a multiple contact matches for a phone number.Â
- Fix: SMS logging page won’t auto-open

Version 1.3.3 (Week of Dec 23):
- Rename: to RingCentral App Connect
- Bullhorn: Improve log levels for Bullhorn.
- Clio & Insightly: Fix broken overriding format
- Fix: Admin icon in dark theme
- Fix:Â Rate limit exceeded notification causing white screen
- Fix: Resolve issues with call log status showing auto log conflicts, such as unmatched contacts indicated by red text.
Version 1.5 (Week of Dec 31):
- Enhancements: Develop a more reliable automatic call logging system.
- Feature: Implement the ability to dock and undock the phone within the CRM's web page.
Version 1.6 (Week of Dec 31):
- Smart Notes: Introduce smart notes capability.
- Feature: Log AI-generated artifacts such as transcriptions, call summaries, and action items.
