We are delighted to introduce yet another exciting update for App Connect users! Version 1.3.2 is here, bringing a new feature along with essential bug fixes that will enhance your overall experience.
What's New in Version 1.3.2?
In this latest update, we've added a new call-pop preference that we believe many customers will find tremendously beneficial. Now, when placing or receiving a call from a phone number with multiple contact matches, you will have the option to select which contact to open, rather than having all matching contacts open automatically. This added flexibility is aimed at saving you time and streamlining your workflow.
Feature Highlight:
- New Call-Pop Preference: When you receive or place a call from a number with multiple contact matches, you will be prompted to choose which contact to open, instead of opening all at once.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved SMS Logging Issue: Previously, conversations were not being logged, either manually or automatically. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring all SMS interactions are properly recorded.
- Improved "Auto-open Extension" Preference: This setting now only causes App Connect to open when you access your CRM's main page, so that the window does not constantly re-open for every page you navigate too.
Known Issues:
- Settings Reverting Issue: Settings related to "Open call logging page after call" and "Open SMS logging page after message" revert when you refresh your App Connect window.
- Call-Pop Prompt Timing: The call-pop prompt does not respect your call-pop preference regarding when the call-pop occurs. Currently, call-pop prompt only operates if you select “On answer” for your general call-pop preference.
- Contact Selection in Call-Pop Prompt: Selecting a contact in the call-pop prompt is not reflected in the main dialer window.
We encourage you to update to version 1.3.2 to take full advantage of these enhancements and enjoy a more refined experience with App Connect, while we continue to work on refining the experience, and bringing you more exciting features.
