Can't connect ringcentral app connect to netsuite with a non admin user

I attempted to connect App Connect to NetSuite (Version 1.6.0) with our instance of NetSuite (Edition: Canada, Release 2025.1). The integration works perfectly when using an Administrator role.

However, when I try to connect using a user account assigned the role "RingCentral Unified CRM Extension" (or any other role within the company), the connection fails without any error message—the page simply disappears without loading or redirecting.

Could you please assist in identifying the issue?

Hi @Wilaud I couldn't replicate the issue on my side. I'm able to connect with the same set of permissions for the custom role. Can you please recheck your permissions? It would be better to meet and debug this issue live. Please share your availability.

Also, please ensure you have installed the latest version of the SuiteApp RingCentral Unified CRM Extension.

@Wilaud I want to include @sushilmall who can help you troubleshoot this issue. The role you have might be kind of old actually. I think the new role identifies itself as “App Connect.”

Also - have you enabled REST Web Services? https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/crm/netsuite/#turn-on-rest-web-services
