I can’t connect my GHL it says here “Could not load user information” please help

I think step 3 is your focus point at this moment. If that does not resolve the issue please check if the GHL login you are using is actualy a member of the GHL sub-account.

You can check the My Staff menu in GHL for this. Please let me know if that works for you.
