Getting this error Details Please check if your account has permission to CREATE logs. But I am Admin on both sides

I am getting the error of

Please check if your account has permission to CREATE logs.

So are my employees, but they were able to log calls last week so was i, nothing changed, i can not do it even with that, i am signed as as Admin role for both Netsuite and RC. Dont know what else i could do
