Incoming calls not being logged in Pipedrive

When we call out through RingCentral our call is logged in Pipedrive. When we have incoming calls, it is not logging them.

What are we doing wrong? Do we need to always answer through the computer. Which is what we have been testing.

@Tom Barton Welcome to the App Connect community. This sounds odd, but because you can log outgoing calls, but not incoming calls, I think this is a configuration problem. A few questions:

  • Do you have “Log calls automatically” turned on?
  • Are you able log incoming calls manually?
