We're excited to announce the release of App Connect 1.6! While this update includes several small fixes and improvements, the main highlight is the introduction of our new Reports tab.

This is a major first step towards providing you with powerful insights into your team's performance. For this initial release, the new Reports tab provides a simple summary of the current user's call and text history. Over the next few months, we will build upon this foundation to add more sophisticated and visual reporting features, including:

  • Goal setting for admins to establish company-wide targets.

  • Admin-level reports to track progress toward goals and monitor individual performance.

  • End-user reports so team members can view their own stats and progress.

  • Comparative reports that allow users to see their performance relative to their colleagues.

We're starting with the basics to ensure a solid foundation, and we're looking forward to building out these features to give you a comprehensive view of your team’s success.

Additional Fixes and Improvements

This release also includes several smaller, but important, fixes:

  • Clio: A new setting now allows users to associate calls with closed matters. You can enable this option in Settings -> Clio options.

  • Pipedrive & NetSuite: We've fixed a user session management issue to improve stability.

  • Server-Side Call Logging: The occasional issue where call duration was stuck in a "pending" state has been resolved.

We hope you enjoy these updates! As always, please reach out to our support team with any questions.

Hi @ByrneReese

This is brilliant, thank you!

A small improvement would be to have a sticky Show date from field, so that it remembers the previous date setting applied.

The click through to show Unlogged calls is a nice addition, but I’m not sure on what period is being reported on, as it shows as 10 unlogged calls for me despite any changes I make to the reporting range.

From an admin perspective it would be enormously helpful to be have a report showing a user list with their status (connected/disconnected), how users are connected (user level or server side), time/date last seen, and even the app version users are running. I am struggling to identify when users have disconnects, and it takes time go around to individually check each users device. Having access to this data will greatly help us admins drive user adoption through ensuring users are correctly configured and connected.

Looking forward to further updates!
