Hello,

I'm using the RingCentral app integrated with Pipedrive. While the SMS exchange is being saved under the contact, it’s not appearing under the associated deals (even though the contact is linked to the deal).

Could you please help me configure it so that SMS messages are also logged under the relevant deals?

@Lais Papaleo This may require an enhancement to our Pipedrive integration. Let me talk to the team. 


@Lais Papaleo It seems like a bug (corner case) if contact associate deals after create message log.

Could you please share the case details and, if possible, a screen recording that demonstrates the issue?
In the meantime, I’ve implemented a potential fix and will notify you once it’s deployed to the server.


@Lais Papaleo I believe we have fixed this in the latest release of App Connect (version 1.5).
