RC app connect no longer working

An end user using the extension is having issues. I reinstalled the extension and connected to BH, but the red web phone error keeps showing (even though permissions are granted in the browser). End user can’t use it now for calling

Hi ​@sburton Can you help to check if microphone device is connected successfully in the end user’s computer. The red web phone error shows when microphone device is not available (not grant or not connected), or network issue to RingCentral phone server. You also can test if the phone works well in RingCentral web app: https://app.ringcentral.com/
If microphone device works well, we will need your help to collect logs for tracking. I sent you a email by private message. You can send logs to the email. Following is the guide to collect logs:

Actually, the error cleared up yesterday afternoon for multiple people. Not sure why, no specific change was made. But they were not able to use the extension while the error was persistent.

Thanks for the update. It seems this may have been caused by a temporary network issue. Glad to hear it’s working now—let’s keep an eye on it in case it happens again.
