Server Side logging Author no longer working

As of today, the author on call notes is no longer consistently logging correctly. Many of the call logs are being set as the admin user and not the correct end user. No settings have changed, as before it was working consistently. Any idea on how to correct this?

Apart from the issue itself, there’s another thing we could talk about here.

 

At the moment, our system will send notification emails to the email in your RingCentral user profile, when the CRM authorization is lost. I’m thinking that there could be a checkbox config to tell our system if you want to receive email notifications when logs are created by admin user ( not an issue in all cases, but could be a problem when we know user mapping is fully configured then no log should be created under admin).

At this time, no I don’t think, as I would probably get too many false positives on inbound calls. This is due to being tracked by a number in RingCentral that is not mapped to a user in BH.
