I need assistance with the CRM Extension / Clio. I have followed the steps but the CRM Extension does not show the Clio login.

@ajmertzenich We have recently been experiencing some issues. We appear to be well on our way to resolving them. How has your experience been in the last 24-36 hours. Are you seeing improvements in App Connect’s reliability?

I am not able to login to my app once I am in the GHL subaccount. It used to work before on another subaccount it is not working now on a new subaccount. Is there any one who can help me?

Thank for reaching out. I see you have sent an email yesterday, please allow us some time to respond.

You mention switching to another sub-account. Could you please share the location ID of the sub-account that worked and the locaton ID of the sub-account that does not work? We have a Whitelisting mechanism on our side though a trial period should be active by default for unregistered sub-accounts.

You can send it to info@loyally.eu or reply on the ticket you already created with us.

Also please include some screenshots and a description of the steps you take and the outcome. The more information you can share the better we can help you.

We will pick this up via e-mail once you have sent in the information.
