Agents intermittently stuck in "Transition" status on RingCX web – unable to hang up calls

Hi all,

Our on-site agents (wired Ethernet, no VPN) sometimes get stuck in "Transition" status in RingCX web after calls end—hang-up unresponsive, need browser refresh to fix. Intermittent, no pattern, different agents. Anyone seeing this? Workarounds or fixes? Thanks!

Thanks. I did not know there is a dedicated community for RingCX users 😅

I requested to join and will ask there as well. I’ve also created a case with RingCentral support, but so far they haven’t provided anything meaningful. 😥
