CXone Ringtones

Problem is there are 3 ringtones. ALL of which the users HATE. They had no problem with the MAX tones. But the CXones are not pleasant. So can we update the tones, add some, or upload some? This is the worst complaint I am getting from users.

Thanks for clarifying! We really appreciate you sharing your feedback. At the moment, there isn’t an option to update this, but we’d love for you to submit a feature request through our Ideas Portal so our Product team can review it.
