Nice CXone Agent Interface Training Updates Needed

Can someone tell me when the Nice CXone Agent Interface training tutorial for outbound manual calls will be updated to include the new functionality and UI changes?  I believe these changes were in the last release, but the training tutorial has not caught up yet to match.  Please advise.  Thank you!

I reached out to our RingCentral University team, and due to limited resources, the NICE/InContact training won’t be updated for now.

I know this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but  I’ve passed your feedback along so the team knows this update is important. If anything changes, we’ll be sure to share it.
