Training Credit Question

I completed all Ring CX Training however it doesn’t show as completed like the others.  Any reason why not?  Please advise

We are looking into this for you! 

To help us rule out a few common technical sync issues, would you mind trying these quick steps?

  • Refresh your dashboard: Sometimes the status just needs a manual nudge.

  • Try a different browser or Incognito mode: This helps check if a cached version of the page is hiding your progress.

  • Verify all modules: Double-check that every "Knowledge Check" or "Satisfaction Survey" within the RingCX course has a checkmark, as missing even one small item can keep the whole course from marking as complete.

I tried refreshing and using a different browser but looks the same.  I also double checked that all courses are completed.
