Transfer Issues

To further explain, we use the RingCentral platform and when we transfer calls they are dropping.

I've checked, and there are no currently reported widespread issues with call transfers in RingCX today. This means the problem you're seeing is likely isolated to your account or a local configuration.

Since there isn't a global incident, the best way to get this resolved quickly is to contact RingCentral Support directly. When you reach out, please provide them with the following details to help them diagnose the issue efficiently:

• The names of the agents affected.

• The exact time and date the failed transfers happened.

• Any error messages the agents saw.

This information will be crucial for them to investigate your specific call logs.
