 Is there any known issues worldwide transferring calls using RCX today on 8/1/2025?

 

To further explain, we use the RingCentral platform and when we transfer calls they are dropping.

  • The names of the agents affected.

  • The exact time and date the failed transfers happened.

  • Any error messages the agents saw.

This information will be crucial for them to investigate your specific call logs.
