Incoming Call Caller ID via API

Hi,

Is there a way for us to access the current incoming caller id for a given user, and is there an event emitted when a call is answered that will allow us to act on it?


We would like the ability to detect the person who is calling into our callcentre so that our agents can automatically retrieve the customer details.
