We are getting the following error: "The Information could not be saved. Please try again later"

Any ideas on what to do?

I am getting this same error message and I get it frequently! doesn't matter what size document I'm faxing I get this message a lot! I went to the ring central web site and launched from there.

i cannot send it to you thru this site. i can reply with screen shot thru email only

We can add new IVR menus in IE but not in Chrome, because we are getting the following error:
"The information could not be saved. Please try again later." We use Chrome.

Quick solution for me was making the filename shorter. I didn't have time to test it, so it was either the filename length or possibly a character used in the filename.
