Loving the new updates from this release!

 

The real-time Summaries and Transcripts feature that’s potentially opening up to Canada for beta is one we’ve been really hoping for, it’ll make a big difference in how we manage visibility and streamline queue activity. Definitely something we’d like to explore further, maybe even see if there’s room to join early testing.

 

Also really excited to see the live agent data view now available. Our team’s been using it and the feedback’s been great! It’s helping agents stay more aware of real-time performance and queues, which naturally improves responsiveness and collaboration.

 

It’s great to see so much focus on giving agents smarter tools and insights that ultimately enhance the client experience too. 

 

Has anyone else started testing these features yet? I’d love to hear how they’re working in different setups and regions.
