I've re-downloaded the app and downloaded. I'm using the mobile as well as the desktop app, every-time I go to changing the presences it doesn't allow me to change it and if it does it reverts back to busy/offline.
You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the applications. If that doesn't help, you can check with Support team to troubleshoot the issue further.
