AI Notes for deskphone calls

As far as I can tell the new AI Assistant note taking and transcription features are only available if the call is taken on the desktop app or phone app. What about calls that are made or received using a physical desk phone?

At this time, these features aren’t available for calls handled on physical desk phones.

Any further updates on this? I thought I’d remembered seeing an email about being able to enable the AI Notes on desk phones recently but I can’t find it.

Hello ​@jeff-corwin, I just heard back from the Product Team. They informed me that the rollout was initially planned but had to be put on hold due to a setback. I’ll make sure to share an update here once there’s any new information.
