I move from Ooma to RingCentral becuse I was told it was better, but one thing I can’t find is Notification when you have a voicemail or a missed call, it did always show with the Ooma app.

I already have SMS set up for all extension and some extensions have three mobile numbers added. No one get any SMS we do get the email.

Have you gone through the TCR process?
This might be a situation that requires some aid from Support. 
 


TCR, I tought that was only if I was going to send SMS.

I see they enter the phone number as a text to the phone number like 999999999@text.att.net

I was surpriced since I tought that was blocked.
