Is there a way to put a button on a desk phone to be able to toggle in and out of call queues?

We have poly edge e350 phones


If your users have the mobile app, they will be able to toggle off the “Accept queue calls” button there.
Your users can also do this on a browser, by logging in https://service.ringcentral.com and clicking on their profile pic

If you want to disable queue calls on the phone you can do so by setting it to Do Not Disturb (DND).
This comes with the caveat that you won’t be getting direct calls as well if you are on DND
