We are having a couple issues with automatic call recording.

  1. When our people call out and they call a number that has a virtual assistant, our call recording message plays over the virtual assistant options. Should this be happening?
  2. We have customers that hang up as soon as the call recording message starts playing when we call because they think they are talking to a robot or spam. Has anyone found anything that helps with this? We tried putting our company name in the first part of it so they would know it was us, but that isn’t working as well as we hoped, and now the message is super long.
