Calls identified as possible Spam

Customers are telling us when we call them the Caller ID is showing as possible Spam.  How do we fix this?

Update - we had one office that was set to a new company number.  We changed it to the site number to eliminate this issue.  The site number was an existing DID transferred in the conversion.
