Hi @Deacon,

It is almost certain that the word "p**n" is the primary reason your messages are being blocked.

1. The Keyword Filter (SHAFT)

RingCentral and mobile carriers strictly enforce SHAFT (S*x, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) guidelines. Even in a clinical or therapeutic context, automated filters cannot distinguish "anti-p**n" from "p**n." Any mention of the word is an immediate red flag for carrier-level blocking.

2. The Link Issue

Sending two links at once often triggers "Spam" labels because:

  • Link Shorteners: If you use Bitly or TinyURL, carriers block them by default.

  • Link Density: Multiple URLs in one text look like a phishing attempt.

How to fix it:

  • Change your wording: Replace "anti-p**n tools" with "wellness resources," "recovery modules," or "clinical exercises."

  • Send one link at a time: Or host both links on a single page on your own website.

  • Use full URLs: Avoid public link shorteners. Use your direct domain (e.g., yourwebsite.com/tool).
