My business name is only registered with Ontario so I don’t have a federal BN. I don’t have a need and don’t plan to register on the federal level. How can I register for TCR to continue to send SMS to my clients with a federal BN?

Are you planning to send SMS to US numbers or just to Canadian numbers? Businesses in Canada need to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) if they intend to send text messages to US numbers. However, registration is not required if you're sending text messages only to Canadian numbers.
I am only sending SMS to clients in Canada. No mass marketing emails. Just conversations with clients
