I see that the Cisco ATA 191 has 2 phone ports on it but only 1 seems to work. Can they be configured to support 2 phones being plugged in. They could share the same phone number. This would be important if I had both fax and phone in the same location.

The Cisco ATA 191 officially supports one port per device within RingCentral’s provisioning. However, if you need to use both ports, you can manually configure the second port by accessing the ATA’s GUI and following the third-party device manual provisioning process.

This method is not officially supported by RingCentral, but it may work.
Each port requires its own digital line, meaning you’ll need two digital lines—one for each port.
