Cisco ATA 191 Provisioning Issues

Question

Hi,I have a Cisco 191 ATA box. Can't seem to find anyone at ring central who has even heard of these let alone help me configure it.Can anyone help me please? I have entered in the SIP information, left the Profile Rule empty but i still get,Provisioning Profile:https://activate.cisco.com:443/software/edos/callhome/rc?id=748FC2E88E1A:FVH27120MSJ:ATA191-MPP&sw=11-1-0MSR3-9Provisioning Status:FailedProvisioning Failure Reason:Zero file size

We were able to get it to work by following this article.
