Hi,

I have a Cisco 191 ATA box. Can't seem to find anyone at ring central who has even heard of these let alone help me configure it.

Can anyone help me please? I have entered in the SIP information, left the Profile Rule empty but i still get,

Provisioning Profile:https://activate.cisco.com:443/software/edos/callhome/rc?id=748FC2E88E1A:FVH27120MSJ:ATA191-MPP&sw=11-1-0MSR3-9
Provisioning Status:Failed
Provisioning Failure Reason:Zero file size

We were able to get it to work by following this article.

I believe the Profile rule needs to be “sip.ringcentral.co.uk“ for UK provisioning and “sip.ringcentral.com” for US provisioning.

Ensure that you change Network Setup > Network Service > NAT to Bridge.

Even with this though, I’ve got one device working, but another one is failing to provision “Sorry, but we can't provision your phone device”.

ATA is on the latest available firmware: ATA19x.11-2-5MPP0001-151

Would you be able to provide a more up to date link, please?
